At Ivan Appliance, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please read our guidelines below regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns.

1. Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within this period, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in a resellable condition.

2. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in the case of defective products or if a product is returned due to issues that cannot be resolved through an exchange. Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds will be issued in cash at the time of return. If the product is defective, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

3. Warranty
All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. If the product is faulty within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance in processing the warranty claim. The manufacturer’s warranty will cover repairs or replacements as per their terms.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened and used.
  • Perishable items (if applicable).
  • Custom or personalized products.

5. Shipping Costs
If you are returning a product due to a defect, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if the return is due to personal preference or error in ordering, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
